What is a Flexible Mudflap?
ANSWER - Flexible mudflaps can be used on prime movers, larger trailers, tippers, small trucks, caravans, small trailers, 4wd's and utilities, . Our flexible mudflaps are made from a specially formulated material which ensures flexibility and durability throughout the extremes of temperatures experienced in harsh Australian conditions. They are flat on both sides, and have mounting holes at the top. Note that these are not spray suppressant, so if you require mudflaps for a B-Double you should consider our Low-Spray or Grass Mudflaps.

What is a Low Spray Mudflap?
ANSWER - These mudflaps are designed for the larger trucks and trailers. They are also made from a specially formulated material which ensures flexibility and durability throughout the extremes of temperatures experienced in harsh Australian conditions,however they contain spray suppressing properties. The inside of the mudflap (tyre side) contains a series of small ridges, which catch and divert water overspray from the tyres and underbody. They are flat on the outside, and also have mounting holes at the top. These flaps are ideal for B-Doubles and long distance trailers that require a spray suppressant mudflap. Featuring a gloss white surface, they can be branded with your logo, to provide an outstanding appearance.

What is a Grass Spray Suppressant Mudflap?
ANSWER - Grass backed mudflaps are also designed for the larger trucks and trailers. The inside of the mudflap (tyre side) is lined with a layer of black artificial 'grass-like' material, which catches and diverts water overspray from the tyres and underbody. They are flat on the outside, and also have mounting holes at the top. These flaps are also ideal for B-Doubles and long distance trailers that require a spray suppressant mudflap. Featuring a gloss white surface, they can also be branded with your logo.

Are your mudflaps made from rubber?
ANSWER - No, our Premium Flexible Mudflaps are constructed from a specially formulated EVA polymer that resists sailing and tearing, yet is still extremely flexible. They have been designed to suit the harshest of Australian conditions. They are a flat product with no raised edges. Our hotstamping process melts colour into the sub straight, making a slight indent in the surface of the mudflap.

Do you have a MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
ANSWER - No business should not be expected to sit on pallet loads of product. Employees will hate you at stocktake time, and it takes up your valuable floor space. We can supply any order from 1 pair to 1000's of pairs of Mudflaps. What form of payment do you accept?
ANSWER - We accept Visa and Mastercard, Direct Deposit, Paypal & company cheque. Once payment is received the order will be processed. Account facilities are available for regular customers, subject to trading history and credit approval.

How long will my order take?
ANSWER - This depends on the size and complexity of your order. A delivery date will be provided upon placement of your order. But we think you'll be pleasantly surprised at our turnaround times....we aim to please!

Can you reproduce our logo, and / or artwork?
ANSWER - We can reproduce any logo, and / or artwork, but keep in mind that an art charge may apply if you cannot supply files in a suitable format. We will also not reproduce any logo or image that you do not have direct permission to use, as this could breach copyright and/or trademarks.

What file formats are suitable for artwork submission?
ANSWER - We primarily use the Adobe Creative Suite for file creations. Vector based artwork that works with Adobe Illustrator is best, in either EPS, AI or editable PDF format. Scanned, BMP, JPG, TIFF images need to be prepared for print, and in most cases, and will incur an additional art charge. Confused?....give us a call and we can discuss our requirements in simpler terms.

How will I know what my job will look like?
ANSWER - As part of our ISO9001:2008 Certification, your design will need to be approved before production can commence. So unless you are requesting a repeat order, we will always send an art layout proof for you to approve before your order is manufactured.
